A new poster has also been released which teases, "One Summer can change everything".

The show's creators, the Duffer Brothers, said they wanted to take their time "to deliver something bigger and better" than ever before. The almost four-minute-long clip takes viewers back to New Years' Eve 1985, specifically Dick Clark's iconic New Year's Rockin' Eve broadcast. As the countdown begins and the ball begins to drop, the video is interspersed with technological glitches before it cuts to a computer screen with command logs from Lynx Corp reading "when blue and yellow meet in the west" and "SilverCatFeeds".

The Duffers have already confirmed Stranger Things will end after season four.
