Jolie filed for divorce in September 2016 citing irreconcilable differences.

Shortly before Jolie's attorney filed the two-page brief in L.A. Tuesday, a source told E!

The document also said that Pitt has "paid no meaningful child support since separation" and said that although informal arrangements had been made with him, payments "had not been regularly sustained".

USA mid-term elections: Trump claims win in key OH vote
Trump's tweet backing Georgia Republican governor hopeful Brian Kemp vaulted him to an easy primary runoff win two weeks ago. In Michigan, three mainstream Democrats in suburban Detroit were among those vying for a chance at retiring Republican Rep.

Angelina Jolie has reached a new low in her court battle with estranged husband Brad Pitt after accusing the actor of failing to pay "meaningful" child support.

Sources close to the matter told us that the Jolie-Pitt divorce - which had started off with an ugly slew of unfounded allegations against Pitt - had been put on hold and moved to a private judge so that the couple could sort out thorny custody issues.

According to an NBC News report, Jolie will now force Pitt to pay the child support, however, the two-page file does not define what constitutes as "meaningful support".

Pitt's attorney Lance Spiegel did not immediately respond to a request for comment. "Jolie plans to request a court order for the establishment of a retroactive child support order", read the statement.

Employment overall lags, while trucking adds 4400 jobs in July
Utilities employment fell for a third straight month and the finance and insurance industry shed 9,400 jobs last month. Over the past year, it has hired more than a half-million Americans and stands as the leading job-creating sector.

When asked how Jolie was coping (as seen in the video above), she said, "My focus is my children, our children, and my focus is finding this way through".

In June, a spokesperson for Jolie also rebuked the "misleading leak" of the court documents detailing her and Pitt's new custody agreement.

The judge warned Jolie directly, "If the minor children remain closed down to their father and depending on the circumstances surrounding this condition, it may result in a reduction of the time they spend with [Jolie] and may result in the Court ordering primary physical custody to [Pitt]".
